We produce handmade fresh pasta (with gluten) and pizza dough (gluten and gluten-free). We offer gluten free pasta but we do not elaborate it.
Our specialty is the Italian food, however, we offer a high range of dishes on our menu.
The pizzas are baked in a wood oven and we also make any kinds of roasts (wood oven), grilled meats and fish from Cantabria.
WE HAVE A SPECIFIC GLUTEN-FREE MENU. It is convenient to let us know when booking if you are going to want gluten-free pizza.

aircookiesDe lo mejor de Vitoria. En la carta no vienen señalizados los productos sin gluten, pero simplemente es elegir la pizza o la pasta y decirles que eres celiaco. No tienen tanta variedad de pastas, creo que solo spaguetis y macarrones, pero está riquísimo. Además las bases de pizza las hacen ellos y se nota. Atención muy buena. Ellos están bien informados del tema, aunque recomiendan comentar si eres celiaco a la hora de hacer la reserva. He ido muchas veces y siempre muy bien.
