Traditional cuisine based on the elaboration of dishes with local products. The star dish is beans from La Granja. The dishes that can be consumed by coeliacs are ndicated on the menu because they use cornflour as a thickener in almost everything they cook.

YolandaExcelente en todos los aspectos. Poder disfrutar platos tradicionales como unos judiones y conejo al aroma de tomillo sin gluten es una alegría.
Pan sin gluten no me ofrecieron así que creo que no tenían.
Encantadores en el trato y muy buen servicio. Recomendable 100%.
