All "Paradores" of Spain have an agreement with FACE and they offer gluten-free menu. This chain has dishes specially designed to celiac customers in their restaurants. Anyway, it is advisable notify when booking and when arriving to the hotel.

montseeEs un hotel espectacular, pero ese momento de bajar a desayunar y poder escoger tostadas, magdalenas u otras cosas, si es espectacular.

chicalegoPues como en todos los paradores, se come bastante bien, tienen un menú solo para celíacos y al mismo precio que los normales, lo cual me encanta. unos 30 euros y pico e incluye primer plato, segundo plato y postre, ( no incluye bebidas)
pan sin gluten, y el sitio muy sencillo pero muy acogedor.
Le doy un 7 de nota
