AdaI am from Poland. I stayed in hotel H10 Lanzarote Gardens for a week in June 2014. This hotel can prepare gluten free meals for people who have celiac disease (you should just let them know in advance when booking that you will need gluten-free diet). I received gluten free bread and cookies, and for dinner and supper I could choose my gluten-free meals from a buffet (the dishes were labelled and I could ask questions in case of doubt).
